Yoga Exercises That Can Help You Tighten Your Face

We give you a video with some fantastic exercises to maintain muscle tone of the face.

During the first exercise, lift your eyebrows and wrinkle your forehead. This way you’re increasing the circulation of that part of the face which helps the skin remain tight.

The second exercise – you must be angry. Jerk the muscles around nose and eye area. This exercise maintains the muscle tone in the middle of the face.

Massaging the cheeks with circular movements releases jaw tension and tightens the skin.
