The easiest way to make sure that you and your body are lacking iodine is to apply iodine to your elbow before bedtime. If your elbow is dry when you wake up, this means that your body has absorbed it because you are lacking iodine.

If you are lacking iodine, you should try this walnuts shell recipe:

Put half a cup of walnut shells into a pot, then pour two cups of water over them. Next you need to boil them and finally let them cool for about 10 minutes.

Take a sip of this drink before each meal in a period of one to four months.
