Mudra is a special position of the fingers and the hands, which is used to establish inner balance and healing. The word Mudra, translated from Sanskrit means “a gift of joy”. Speaking of Mudra we are actually talking about a series of symbols or positions that are used to restore the energy of the body, and the optimal health.
Bend your index finger as shown below. Other fingers remain in the same position.
This can be done while sitting, standing, lying down, wherever and whenever circumstances permit.
Do not over-bend or press your fingers, a gentle touch will be enough. Do these exercises with both hands simultaneously. Depending on the symptoms and the disease itself, spend 3-45 minutes in this position.
Sometimes it will be enough only a few minutes to feel improvement, however sometimes you have to be persistent.
Depending on the symptoms, the improvement will come in within a week to a month.
