This, At First Sight, “Silly” Recipe Will Improve Your Blood Iron Levels In Just Few Days | Your Stylish Life

Although it sounds incredible and it looks crazy, be sure that, if you have problems with lack of iron, you should definitely try this.

Many people have iron deficiency and are ready to take everything to improve this situation in their bodies.

You should also know that low blood iron levels are very difficult to improve.

Once, a long time ago, this was one of the ways to satisfy the necessary amount of iron in the body. All you need for this simple recipe is apple, copper wire, nails, honey and lemon.

Preparation

First of all you need to wash and dry the apples. Then take the nails and the copper wire and clean them with alcohol, dry them and insert them into the apple, as it is shown in the picture. You need to do this in the morning and let the apple stay like that for about 24 hours.

The next morning, remove the nails and the copper wire, grate the apple, scrape the debris from the nails in a bowl with the apple, add a teaspoon of honey and the juice of half a lemon. Mix well, including those parts of the apple which are black from the nails (these are the most important ones). Take this porridge every morning on an empty stomach and do not eat anything for the next two hours.

Insert the nails and the copper wire into a new apple, leave it to stay like that until the next morning and start all over again. Repeat this process every day for at least a month, or longer if needed.

You don’t need to wash the nails and the copper wire after each use. All you need to do is give it a good scrape to the accumulated sediments, and immediately insert the nails and the copper wire into another apple.

Try it, maybe you will improve your blood iron levels very quickly and you will be strong as steel.
