Thanks to a foot massage, you’ll be able to influence different organs and systems in the body. Take a few minutes and massage your feet with your index and middle finger. The procedure is interesting and will lead you to prosperity.

By massaging the thumb, you can act on the hypothalamus. This is very useful for people with a weight problem. By pressing this point you can influence the control of appetite and contribute to natural weight loss.

In the center of your thumb, there’s a point which is responsible for the work of the pituitary gland – the main gland for secreting hormones. If you devote enough attention to this point, you won’t need to worry about hormonal imbalance.

In the bottom of the thumb, there’s an area connected with the thyroid gland. In the case of constant stress, thyroid gland works even in completely healthy people. Massaging this area is beneficial for everyone.

Massaging the foot center is particularly pleasant – there’s a tangle of nerves associated with the diaphragm. This is especially relaxing. Active engagement in the middle of the foot helps relieve stress and tension.

In the inner edges of the foot (closer to the center), there are nerve endings that are associated with the work of the adrenal gland. If you feel constant fatigue, massage these points quickly, you can restore your lost energy.

Applying pressure to areas close to the heel, activates the excretory system –it helps against toxins.
