The original recipe for the soup:

Necessary ingredients:

  • tomato
  • 1 bundle of celery
  • 3 sliced carrots
  • 1 large head of cabbage finely chopped
  • 6 stems of leeks
  • 2 cans of green beans
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation:

Mix together all the ingredients in a saucepan, cover them with water and add the spices. Let the mixture boil for about 10 minutes, then reduce the heat and simmer until the vegetables are soften.

7-day dietary regimen

Day 1 – Eat only soup and fruit, such as watermelon and cantaloupe. Drink plenty of filtered water, cranberry juice, and unsweetened tea.

Day 2 – Eat soup and vegetables, such as green, leafy vegetables, and avoid corn, peas. Do not eat fruit.

Day 3 – Eat soup with fruits and vegetables of your choice. Do not eat potatoes for dinner.

Day 4 – Eat soup and as many bananas. Also drink a lot of water.

Day 5 – You can eat beef, lamb, chicken, fish, wheat gluten, and bean. Drink at least 6-8 glasses of water. Take at least one serving of soup during the day.

Day 6 – you can eat beef, chicken, fish, beans, etc. with vegetables, preferably greens.

Day 7 – Eat unsweetened fruit, vegetables and brown rice in unlimited quantities. Eat soup at least once during the day.

This diet will help you lose 5-7 kg in only a week. However you should note that this dietary regime may give different results in different people.
