Ingredients:

  • 2 teaspoons of honey
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
  • 2 dl (cups) of water

Preparation:

  • Take a cup and put the cinnamon in it.
  • Boil the water, pour it in the cup and cover the cup with a saucer.
  • Leave it to stay like that for about 5 minutes.
  • Add the honey in the cup and mix it well.
  • Drink half a cup of this tea before going to bed, and the other half in the morning.
  • Always drink this potion on an empty stomach and never after a meal.
