Joy, delight, misery, despair, sadness, are just a small display of feelings that you come across every day. Every single feeling that you feel on a daily base makes an alternate feeling inside your body.
Our body discharges different chemicals when we encounter different feelings. For example, if the brain discharges erotonin, dopamine or oxytocin, then you will feel cheerful and great.
If you are pressured, your body will be discharging cortisol, and you will feel a unique feeling that will put your body into survival mode.
The way you think, positively or negatively, affects your body and life. This article will show you how thoughts can affect your life.
Positive vs. Negative
You spend a lot of time on a daily basis questioning the reality, separating the good from the bad. Analyzing and judging what is thought to be positive and what is negative.
The brain is a very mighty device that gives us the image or our reality. But there are situations than can be negative to some people, but on the other side some people may find the same situation as positive and can learn much from it. For example, if you interrupt some people while they are driving, they will lose their concentration and will start to feel negative feelings. On the other hand there are people that when interrupted will hit the break and will proceed onward like nothing happened and will not have negative feelings. So, the conclusion is that a same situation can be seen as negative by some people, and not so much negative by other people.
This lead us to a question are things divided into positive and negative or are we the ones dividing them as positive or negative?
