Signs and Symptoms You May Have Vitamin Deficiency | Your Stylish Life – Part 2

When your body lacks potassium, calcium and magnesium, these symptoms usually occur.Strenuous and exhausting exercises, may be the reason that your body loses large amounts of minerals and water-soluble vitamins, such as vitamin B.

Levels of water-soluble vitamins drop as a result of excessive sweating. But, don’t quit your exercises. Try increasing the intake of bananas, hazelnuts, almonds, pumpkin, cherries, apples, broccoli, grapefruit, cabbage, dandelion, spinach.

Vitamin Deficiency – Symptoms

In addition to the aforementioned symptoms, we give you a list of other problems that may be triggered by vitamin deficiency.

Vitamin A Deficiency

Vitamin A deficiency causes fatigue, poor night vision, bad skin complexion and teeth, bleeding gums and a propensity for diseases.

Vitamin B Deficiency

Vitamin B1 insufficiency causes insomnia, fatigue, muscle weakness, depression, irritability, weight loss, and problems with heart and digestive tract.

Vitamin B2 deficiency leads to eye irritation, oily skin, and fistula in oral cavity, skin rashes and inflammation.

Vitamin B3 causes headache, poor energy level, bad breath, anxiety, ulcers, intestinal problems and poor appetite.

Vitamin B5 deficiency causes burning sensations in feet and legs, cramps, fatigue, cardiac arrhythmia, an urge to vomit, and insomnia.

Vitamin B6 insufficiency leads to insomnia, anemia, skin problems, hair loss, cramps and fluid retention.

Vitamin B12 deficiency causes fatigue, diarrhea, depression, appetite loss, anxiety, inflammation in the oral cavity, and hormonal imbalance.

Vitamin C Deficiency

Vitamin C deficiency affects wound healing and fractures, bleeding nose and gums, aching and inflamed joints, indigestion, anemia, and bruising.

Vitamin D Deficiency

Vitamin D deficiencyweakens the bones, and causes rickets, tooth decay, kidney stones, muscle weakness and poor absorption of calcium.

Vitamin E Deficiency

Vitamin E deficiency is related with anemia, anxiety, fertility problems, poor reflexes, difficulty to move and maintain balance.
