This 15 days diet plan is intended for those who have problems with digestion or infected skin and for obese people. This diet is presented as a great cleaner of the skin, but it will also help you reduces the absorption of fat in a natural way and will make your skin look more beautiful.

This is a very restrictive diet. Prior to starting this diet you should ask your doctor or nutritionist for advice, and it is recommendable that during this diet you are under a medical supervision. It is very important that while you are under this diet plan you know what are your goals.

This diet reduces the intake of carbohydrates, which leads to a decrease in muscle mass.

Monday

* Breakfast: 1 orange (or green peas, peach, watermelon … bananas), 2 toast, a cup of coffee or tea without sugar.

* Lunch: 1 orange, one boiled egg, 1 whole milk

* Dinner: 2 tomatoes, 2 boiled eggs, 1, 2 pounds of lettuce or cucumbers, two biscuits

Tuesday

* Breakfast: 1 orange, 2 toast, a cup of coffee or tea without sugar

* Lunch: 1 orange, 1 egg, 1 yogurt, toast 2

* Dinner: 125 grams of beef, 1 tomato, 1 toast, 1 cup of tea or coffee without sugar

Wednesday

* Breakfast: 1 orange, 2 toasts, 1 cup of coffee or tea without sugar

* Lunch: 1 orange, 1 boiled egg, 1 yogurt, and a bit of lettuce

* Dinner: 125 grams of beef, 1 orange, 1 toast, 1 cup of coffee or tea without sugar

Thursday

* Breakfast: 1 orange, 2 toast, a cup of coffee or tea without sugar

* Lunch: 125 grams of cheese with a little milk, 1 tomato and 1 toast

* Dinner: 125 grams of beef, 2 tomatoes, 1 apple and 1 toast

Friday

* Breakfast: 1 orange, 2 toast, a cup of coffee or tea without sugar

* Lunch: 200 grams of cooked meat or fish, 1 tomato, 1 toast

* Dinner: 500 grams of cooked vegetables, 1 egg and 1 tomato

Over the weekend you can eat as you normally do!

Instructions and rules

1. Do not drink alcohol

2. You can eat the food hot or cold, and it is important that you take a balanced schedule

3. After 5 days you will lose 2.5 to 5 pounds

4. After five days, you can eat normally, for at least two days, but in moderation. Two days later, repeat the diet and so three times for five days; a total of 15 days.

5. If you stick to the diet plan you can lose up to 15 kg in only 15 days.
