Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) is a spiral bacterium that is found in the mucous membrane of the human stomach and is the only bacteria that can survive in the unfavorable acidic environment of the stomach. This bacterium causes long term (chronic) inflammatory reaction of the stomach (gastritis) .Helicobacter pylori infections, are the cause of over 90% duodenal ulcers and 80% of the stomach ulcers.

The remedy for heliko bacteria (Recipe)

Necessary ingredients:

  • 300 g of houseleek (Sempervivum tectorum) leaves
  • 2 tablespoons of honey (optional)

Preparation:

Using a meat machine, grind the houseleek leaves. For grinding this leaves you can also use a food processor or a blender. You can consume these leaves without honey if you can, but for improving the taste you can add 2 tablespoons of honey. If you are adding honey, all you have to do is take 2 tablespoons of honey and mix them all together with the grinded houseleek leaves. Now put this mixture in a glass jar and store it in the refrigerator. Every morning take one spoon of this mixture on an empty stomach.

  • 100 of plantain leaves
  • 1 jar of honey

Preparation:

Firstly you need to chop the plantain leaves and then mix them with the honey. Now put this mixture in a glass jar and close it well. Store it in the refrigerator and let it stay like that for 15 days. After 15 days you can consume this mixture. Take one tablespoon per day on an empty stomach.
