Before the detox it’s necessary to conduct a seven-day food regimen that includes plenty of fruits and vegetables to cleanse the colon of toxins and prepare the liver. - 2 liters of water from cranberries;
- 1/2 tablespoon cinnamon;
- 1/4 tablespoons minced ginger;
- 1/4 tablespoons of nutmeg;
- 3/4 cup freshly squeezed orange juice;
- 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice;
- Stevia (1-3 packages).
Boil the cranberry water.Reduce the heat and add the spices. Cook for another 15 minutes and allow it to cool down to room temperature. Add orange and lemon juice and add stevia. Store it in the fridge.
