Due to the large number of nutrients, honey should be consumed every day, therefore you should check out this honey diet.
Nutritionists recommend that you check the quality of the honey before you use it. Also you should know that the dark types of honey are better for this diet.
Breakfast:Mix 2 egg yolks with a teaspoon of honey. With the meal, you need to drink tea with lemon or coffee (no sugar).
Lunch:100 g of cheese + 50 g cooked carrots + 50 g of cooked broccoli + 50 g boiled cauliflower. Take all this ingredients and mix them in a blender until you get a cream. With this meal drink tea or coffee with 1 teaspoon of honey.
Dinner:A cup of clear vegetable soup, a slice of whole grain bread and 1 apple / pear / orange.
Before going to sleep, drink tea with lemon.
Breakfast:same as day one.
Lunch:Make a cream from a soft-boiled egg, 1 tablespoon of honey and 100 g of cottage cheese. With this meal, drink tea with lemon or coffee.

Dinner:300 g of boiled vegetables, a soft boiled egg and a cup of tea with one tablespoon of honey.
Note:You must eat half a lemon every day!
