- 0.5 kg juniper (berries);
- 3 liters of water;
- 1 lemon.
Shake out the junipers in a jar filled with water (3 liters). Add the lemon juice, and let it sit for a few days.
The juice is ready to drink when the spruce berries start to fall to the bottom. Sweeten to taste while drinking.
You can make a new batch, as long as there are berries still floating. When all juniper berries sink to the bottom, they must be replaced with new ones.
