Each of us at least once had that unpleasant occurrence to wake up with stiffness and pain in the neck. This common occurrence can be very unpleasant, but the problem can be solved at home, without the intervention of masseuses. Here is the trick for which you will need only 60 seconds.
Step 1
Using your fingers find the sore spot on your neck.Use your right hand if the pain on the right side or the left hand if the pain is on the left side of the neck.
Step 2
Using your finger, or fingers (depending on the surface), press the painful area. The pain then has to be significant, but bearable. If you cannot reach well the place, instead of fingers, use a tennis ball or some similar apparatus.
Step 3
Turn your head slowly to the opposite side of the stiff side. Tilt and rotate your head diagonally, as if you want to touch your armpit with your beard. Hold in this position for 10 seconds and then relax.
In this way you will strain the stiff muscle and by pressing it you will gradually relax the muscle. Repeat this procedure ten times in a row.
This process will reduce the uncomfortable pain in your neck, but if the pain is repeated you definitely need to see a doctor specialist to diagnose the cause and treatment that will remove the pain.
