One of the best ways to start a fight with your partner – snoring.Good sleep is essential, and we are all aware of its benefits.

However, if you can’t sleep well or your partner’s snoring keeps you awake all night, not only will you be frustrated, you will also go through a real struggle that will affect not only your relationship, but your health as well.

What causes snoring?

One of the reasons for snoring is excess mucus. Reduce the amount of mucous buildups in your throat and nasal passengers to free up the airways. This will help you reduce or even prevent snoring.

One of the easiest ways to stop snoring is juicing. We give you a recipe you can try to stop snoring.

Ingredients:

  • 2 apples;
  • 2 carrots;
  • 1/4 lemon;
  • A thumb-size piece of ginger.

Preparation:

Juice all of the ingredients together.

Always use organic ingredients, if possible. There are many foods and products that can make snoring worse, so you may want to avoid these:

  • Excess alcohol;
  • Too much chocolate;
  • Too much fried food;
  • Heavily floured food;
  • Processed food.

Reduce the intake of these foods, or eliminate them altogether. Drink fresh juice made from raw ingredients, as this will help you reduce the mucus in your airways, alleviate snoring, and improve your overall health.
