Let’s be real. There is no magic pill for losing weight. However, we have the second best thing. A magic cabbage soup. This soup speeds up the metabolism and burns fat without hunger.
The recipe for this wonderful soup, only appeared a few years ago. People consuming this soup have reportedly lost up to 17 pounds (around 8 kg). The real “charm” of this soup lies in its ingredients. After eating this soup, you won’t feel hungry for at least a few hours, guaranteed.
This is the original recipe. Many alterations could be made, so feel free to play around with it. It’s freezer friendly too.
Ingredients:
- 1 head cabbage
- 2 fresh green peppers
- 1 bunch of carrots
- 6 heads of spring onions
- 1 tablespoon of leafy celery
- 3 cups tomato sauce
Note: Use only organic vegetables when possible, filtered water.
Instructions:
Chop the vegetables into small pieces. Put them in a large pot and fill the pot with water. The water should be covering the vegetables. Place the pot on high heat until the water starts to boil. Once boiling, turn the heat down to low and wait 20 to 25 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
The cabbage soup will refresh your body and strengthen your immune system.Cabbage is a very healthy food that detoxes and burns fat from your body.
This soup will help you to start your slimming, but it will not be the final solution to weight loss problems. You must combine daily consumption of cabbage soup with:
- Day 1 – fruits, all except the bananas
- Day 2 – all green vegetables and boiled potatoes with butter
- Day 3 – fruits and vegetables, potatoes
- Day 4 – 3 bananas and fresh milk
- Day 5 – piece of chicken breast or fish
- Day 6 – roasted meat, bread and salad
- Day 7 – natural rice and vegetables
