- 1 avocado, peeled and washed
- 30 g of goat cheese
- little parsley
- 1 teaspoon of freshly squeezed lime juice
- a pinch of black pepper
- a pinch of cayenne pepper
- a pinch of salt (if you want)
Take the avocado and the goat cheese and put them in a blender. Mix them nicely. Then you can add all the other ingredients and finally add the salt (optional). In order for the flavors to blend you need to leave this mixture to stay 1 hour at room temperature.
