Many people know what rust is and how difficult it is to remove it.
Therefore it is necessary to take immediate measures to resolve this problem, because as the stains get older, it is more difficult to remove them.
Instead of buying expensive and harmful chemicals, you can use ingredients that every housewife has in her kitchen: wine vinegar and salt.
This mixture is so powerful and efficient and it can help you remove dark spots, stains and rust from your enameled bathtub:
Pour 100 ml of wine vinegar in bowl and add some salt (ratio: 1 tablespoon of salt per 50 mL of vinegar). Then heat this mixture in a microwave (or on a stove) to a temperature of 60-70 degrees (optional). Now using a soft cloth apply this mixture on the dark spots, and rub them gently. Then leave it to stay like that for about 15-20 minutes. Finally rinse your bathtub with warm water.
This procedure is very effective if you perform it on time. If necessary, repeat the procedure for a few days in a row, the result will not fail you.
This is a natural and safe way to remove rust and stains from bathtubs.
As for the chemical agents you can use an ordinary hydrochloric acid.
Before applying this acid to the problem areas, wrap all the chrome surfaces with plastic bags.
Pour the acid directly on the stain and leave it to stay like that for about an hour, then thoroughly rinse it with plenty of water.
It is necessary to remember that when cleaning the surface of the tub, you should not use harsh sponges or abrasive cleaners, since it leads to the destruction of the upper layer.
