Everybody knows that Coca Cola is very harmful to our health. However only few people know how and why is that. In this article we will try to answer this questions and show you why and how Coca Cola can be harmful to your health. During 40 minutes,the body completely absorbs all the caffeine that is contained in Coca Cola. As a response to the increased efflux of glucose in the blood the pressure is growing.
The brain blocks the adenosine receptors that contribute to combating sleepiness. Also you can notice that your pupils are widen.
By the 45th minute,the production of the hormone dopamine is increased, which stimulates the pleasure center of the brain. Similar effect on the body can have some drugs, such as heroin.
After one hour– the phosphoric acid accelerates the metabolism through the binding of calcium, zinc and magnesium in the intestines.
Coca cola contains a huge dose of sugar and artificial sweeteners. In this phase the diuretic effect of caffeine starts to act.
After only one hour the calcium gets washed from the bones and it is effluxes in the urine. Therefore this process weakens your bones.
As well as the calcium, the magnesium, zinc, sodium, and the water also leave your body.
Already in the 65th minute, aseveredeficiency of sugar is created in the body. This leads to sleeplessness and nervousness.
