Healing Balm Against Inflammation, Arthritis And Rheumatism | Your Stylish Life

This healing balm is very easy to make and for its preparation you will need honey, mustard, salt and water. The joint pain occurs due to many reasons, such as, trauma, exhaustion, fractures, arthritis, and rheumatism.

The recipe for this Russian folk medicine is very simple and you probably have all the necessary ingredients in your kitchen.

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 1 tablespoon of mustard (spicy)
  • 1 teaspoon of fine salt
  • 1 tablespoon of water

Preparation:

Stir nicely all the ingredients until you get a homogeneous mixture. Put the balm into an empty cream box or in any other container with a lid. Finally store the ointment in the refrigerator.

Application:

Apply this balm on the sore spot and make a compress. Then put a nylon bag over the compress and finally wrap your with a warm and preferably wool scarf. Leave this compress on foe about 1.5 to 2 hours.

It is the best to apply the balm, before going to bed, and that way the painful wrist will remain still.

In the morning remove the compress and rinse the sore place with lukewarm water. In order to get the wanted results you need to repeat the procedure for 4 to 5 days in a row. The results of this magnificent balm are visible even after the first application. However you need to repeat the procedure as long as it takes.

Remember you need to consult your doctor before applying any natural balms.
