He Drank Sip by Sip and Lost 39 Pounds | Your Stylish Life – Part 2

Jeff Montenegro · October 11, 2015 ·

For lunch and dinner eat normally. It is recommended not to eat dinner after 6 PM or maximum 8 PM if you are going to bed at midnight. There are no specific rules about lunch and dinner in the diet, nor prohibited products, but it is important to avoid fried foods and to not overeat. The only drink that you can drink though the meal is warm water, in small sips. After 3 PM you can eat a dessert such as chocolate or biscuits, although it is most recommended to be a fruit.

The most important thing is not to overeat, drink plenty of hot water, and at least one day a week to keep the banana diet.

Sample menu:

Breakfast: banana, scrambled eggs, grapefruit, a cup of green tea

Lunch: 2 boiled eggs, a big mixed salad with carrots, broccoli, onions, tomatoes and lettuce

Snack: yogurt, a handful of berries

Dinner: chicken breast, cooked carrots or other vegetables
