- 2 cups of purified water

- Sparkling water

Instructions:
Boil 2 cups of water and add the ginger. Reduce the heat to a medium-low setting, let it simmer for 5 minutes. Take it off the heat and strain it. When serving, use 1 part of the ginger syrup to 3 parts water. Serve it over ice and enjoy!
