For preparing this remedy you will need a broader pan in which you will pour water and leave it to boil. As soon as the water boils, remove the pan from the heat and add a bag of baking soda in it. Then what you need to do is lean over the pot and inhale the steam. You need to repeat this procedure three times a day for a five days straight.

It is recommendable that while the inhalation you put a towel over your head so that the heat and the steam of the baking soda will circulate between the surface of the water and your face.
