Preparation:

First take three dried figs and poke them from all sides with a toothbrush. Then take one glass bowl a pour two dcl of homemade apple vinegar in it. After this take the three dried and poked figs and put them into the bowl. Leave them to drown in the vinegar for 12 hours and then eat the figs. For example if you put the figs in the vinegar at 8PM you can eat them at 8AM. You can use the same vinegar for seven days. The eighth day take new 2 dcl of homemade apple vinegar and repeat the process for one more week.

So this treatment lasts 14 days. Along with this recipe you should stick to a healthy diet and increase your physical activity.
