For A Slim Waist: Two Tablespoons A Day To Get Rid Of Abdomen Fat

Using this syrup will reduce your waist and get rid of excess water from the body. Its ingredients are good for your vision, hearing and memory. The main ingredient of this weight loss elixir is horseradish, which is rich in vitamin C, potassium, vitamin B1 and B6, iron, vitamin B2, magnesium and phosphorus.

Horseradish accelerates the metabolism, reduces fatigue and stimulates the development of good bacteria in the intestines.

Ingredients

  • 125 grams of fresh horseradish;
  • 4 lemons;
  • 3 tablespoons of honey;
  • 2 teaspoons of cinnamon;
  • 2 cm root ginger.

Preparation

In a blender mix the horseradish and ginger. Add the squeezed lemon juice and mix it in the blender for another three minutes. Then add honey and cinnamon and continue mixing until all everything is mixed. Store the syrup in a glass jar. Eat a tablespoon twice a day before meals or before exercise. Consume it for three weeks, and take a break for several days.
