Reduces Cholesterol

Add two tablespoons of honey and three teaspoons of cinnamon in a large cup of tea. Consuming this mixture will cause a reduction in cholesterol by 10% within two hours.

In the morning, instead of marmalade or jam, put a little honey and cinnamon on a piece of bread. If you regularly consume this combination, it will help reduce blood cholesterol levels and prevent the possibility of getting a heart attack.
