What is SIBO?

Diagnosis of SIBO is done with the help of breath test which estimates the amount of methane and hydrogen gas produced by the bacteria that has diffused into the blood, and then the lungs, for expiration.
How to cope with SIBO?
In order to solve this condition you must find the right way to solve the excessive bacteria growth that occurs in this part of the digestive tract. Of course, there are a lot of medicines for alleviation of this condition, but they are filled with chemicals. You can also use supplements and special enzymes to weaken the defensive mechanism of bacteria. Diet change is always a good start.
