Clay – the Best Natural Remedy for Spine and Joints Pain! | Your Stylish Life – Part 2

Add one teaspoon (plastic or wooden) of clay in a glass jar filled 1.5 dl of plain water. Mix it and let it sit overnight. Drink it in the morning, on an empty stomach.

The first week drink only the water and leave the sediment of clay on the bottom of the glass. The second week mix the residue in water and let it rest, and then drink the water, and leave the sediment of clay on the bottom of the glass. The third week mix the clay sediment and water and immediately drink it all.

After a short while, you will notice the beneficial effects, and those who don’t have any problems, will feel that their body has been cleansed, that their skin is cleaner and brighter, and that they have more energy.

And don’t be afraid, clay leaves no residue in the body or the intestines. A long time ago, soldiers used clay to treat typhoid, dysentery and various infections. Another Great Recipe – A Face Mask
