I recently found myself talking about health. We were talking about spine and leg pain. An elderly lady, gave us some advice.
She said to take a handful of blue clay and mix it with vinegar. If it’s too strong, dilute it with water. In it, add ground nettle. When this is done, put the mixture in a cloth or a nylon bag. Put some olive oil on the affected area, and add the mixture. After seven days, the pain will disappear.
Clay has healing properties and stimulates the body’s defense mechanisms for a long time. Sick or injured animals, for example, have always sought to earth containing clay to ‘bury’ the painful part of their body.
Today, the healing power of clay is recognized by modern medicine, since it’s known that clay contains many mineral salts and trace elements, followed by aluminum, potassium, silicon, calcium, sodium, iron, silver, magnesium, copper and lead.
Clay helps with healing wounds, eliminating impurities from tissues, blood and lymph flow, increases the reduced radioactivity in the body, so it is especially recommended after or between radiations to lubricate the affected area.
Clay helps with many diseases: anemia, respiratory diseases, arteriosclerosis, intestinal diseases, poisoning, ulcer, excess stomach acid, skin changes, hair loss, painful menstruation, it cleanses the body, and acts as an energizer.
Try it:
Mix clay with distilled water, and make a medium thick paste that you can apply on the sore spot. It is important to note that the clay must not be put in metal containers or mixed with a metal spoon. Contact with metal changes its properties.
If you have problems with your knees or your spine, be persistent. Besides ‘drawing out’ the pain, clay has an incredible power to regenerate the cartilage and might help with diseases that your doctors recommend surgery. In this case, be patient and use clay for at least several months.
