You won’t need any props for these exercises, just 4 minutes of your day.
Guaranteed by the famous American fitness coach Jim Saret. He developed a method of rapid weight loss for those who have very little free time. Traditional exercises aren’t sufficiently effective in rapid weight loss according to Jim. For example, when running, you lose around 300-500 calories, but with his exercises, you can lose up to 600 calories in 4 minutes.
These exercises are specifically made for those who lead a sedentary lifestyle, and get tired very quickly in the gym. In order to make these exercises a habit, you should do them with your family members.
What Are The Exercises?
- 10 jumping jacks;
- 10 squats;
- 10 pushups;
- 10 lunges (both feet).
These are the basic exercises, most commonly referred to as the hardest. Saret points out that the hardest exercises are the ones that help us the most.
How Do They Work?
Saret recommends doing the exercises whenever you have the time. Watch your posture and have a short stretch and warm up before performing them.
A beginner can do only one set in 4 minutes, while an in-form person can certainly do more.
You should take a short break before each exercise.
Frankly, to us, this sounds scientifically impossible (600 kcal, 4 minutes?!), so we recommend doing them at least 20 minutes.
