Avoid This Beverage to Reduce Your Risk of Having a Stroke and Heart Attack | Your Stylish Life – Part 3

Jeff Montenegro · December 26, 2015 ·

An Italian study was published by the Journal of the Clinical Autonomic Research Society in which was reviewed a case of “postural tachycardia syndrome (POTS) associated with a vasovagal reaction”. This case was noticed in a young volleyball player after a high intake of Red Bull.

They concluded:

“Considering the widespread use of Red Bull among young people who are often unaware of the drink’s drug content, this case report suggests Red Bull be considered a possible cause of orthostatic intolerance.”

The condition in which the change from a supine position (when a person lies down) to an upright position is called orthostatic intolerance. This results with an abnormally high heart rate (more than 30 beats per minute, or a heart rate that is bigger than 120 beats per minute in 10 minutes after sitting or standing).

Postural tachycardia syndrome can be mechanism for chronic fatigue syndrome. You shouldn’t drink energy drinks if you are struggling with chronic fatigue.

Alcohol is a neurotoxin that poisons the brain, which means you should not consume it. Another thing you need to know is that large amounts of alcohol increase your insulin levels. This could lead to diabetes and chronic diseases.
