An Ancient Greek Remedy Which Strengthens Your Bones

We give you an ancient Greek remedy, great for strengthening your bones.


  • 10 tablespoons of linseed;
  • 5 tablespoons of ground sesame seeds;
  • A few pumpkin seeds;
  • A few grains of wheat;
  • A few sunflower seeds;
  • 3 tablespoons of raisins;
  • 1 kg of clover honey.


In a large bowl,mix all the ingredients, using a wooden spoon. When they are well mixed, pour the mixture into a glass jar.

Take one tablespoon of this medicine before breakfast and one before lunch.
