We give you an ancient Greek remedy, great for strengthening your bones.
Recipe
- 10 tablespoons of linseed;
- 5 tablespoons of ground sesame seeds;
- A few pumpkin seeds;
- A few grains of wheat;
- A few sunflower seeds;
- 3 tablespoons of raisins;
- 1 kg of clover honey.
Preparation
In a large bowl,mix all the ingredients, using a wooden spoon. When they are well mixed, pour the mixture into a glass jar.
Take one tablespoon of this medicine before breakfast and one before lunch.
