A refreshing and nourishing drink | Your Stylish Life

Jeff Montenegro · May 7, 2015 ·

When preparing these refreshing drinks, the primary aim is providing the body with necessary vitamins and minerals which we lose in intensely hot days. It is therefore important to mix selected fruits and vegetables (in the drinks) that combined will give us the maximum results.

This drink will provide you with iron, fiber, potassium, magnesium, folic acid and vitamins A, B1, B6, which will “wake up” your body.

Ingredients

  • 3 hands of spinach;
  • 1 cup of strawberries or raspberries;
  • 1 cucumber;
  • Drained orange or lemon juice;
  • Fresh mint leaves.

Preparation

          Wash and clean the fruit and the vegetables. Place all of the ingredients in the blender (except the lemon or orange juice and the mint leaves). Stir until you get a single mixture, then add the pressed juice. In a glass put a few ice cubes, the mint leaves and pour the drink.

You can consume this nutritious drink instead of lunch.
