How To Relieve The Terrible Toothache By Yourself In Just A Few Minutes | Your Stylish Life

Tooth decay is often a cause for a toothache. This tooth decay is caused by enamel eroding acids, produced by the bacteria in your mouth cavity which eats the starches and sugars you consume.

  1. Warm water and salt for the pain

For this remedy all you need to do is add 1 tablespoon of salt to 1 glass of warm water. Now using this mixture you need to wash your mouth, in order to reduce the swelling and the pain.

  1. Treating tooth infection with oil pulling

For treating tooth infections all you need to do is swish 2 tablespoons of oil in your mouth for about 15 minutes. The oil will reduce the chances of tooth infections, bad breath and yellow teeth, but most importantly it will destroy all the harmful bacteria in your mouth.

  1. Salt and pepper for toothache

If you are suffering from a severe toothache, you can reduce the pain using only salt and pepper. These two ingredients are amazing in treating toothaches, because they have excellent anti-bacterial characteristics. You can make homemade toothpaste using these two ingredients. For making this toothpaste you need to mix equal amounts of salt and pepper with a little water. Then you need to apply this paste on the tooth that hurts and leave it for a while to act. After few minutes rinse your mouth with water.

For making this remedy you need to mix one tablespoon of salt with one tablespoon of garlic powder or garlic clove. Then you need to apply this remedy on the tooth that hurts. In order for the remedy to work you need to repeat the procedure for several days. This remedy is even more effective if you can chew garlic cloves.

For making this remedy take 2 cloves of garlic and smash them. Then take these 2 smashed cloves and mix them with olive oil or any other vegetable oil. Finally apply the remedy on your tooth. Also you can make a mouth wash using a glass of water and a few drops of clove oil.

  1. Ginger as a pain reliever

Soak a piece of ginger in a glass of water and leave it for a while. Then use this water to gargle your mouth.

Ice cubes can help you relieve tooth pain. First of all you need to crush the ice cubes and put them on your cheeks or jaw. You can also put these crushed cubes in your mouth. If you have a strong toothache, you can relieve it by gargling with cold water for several minutes.

The onion is a vegetable that has very powerful antimicrobial and antiseptic qualities, and therefore you can use this vegetable to relieve the toothache. For treating the toothache you need to chew onions for several minutes.

  1. Turmeric as a pain reliever

For making this powerful paste you need to mix several drops of mustard oil and half a spoon of turmeric. Then you need to apply this paste on your tooth and leave it to act for about 15 minutes and then spit it out. You should repeat this treatment until the pain is gone.

Tea bags can help you reduce toothache and swelling. Therefore you need to use tea bags in this kind of treatments, because tea bags contain astringent tannin.

For reliving the tooth pain you can also chew 2 guava leaves. By mixing boiling water, salt and guava leaves, you can make your own mouth wash. As soon as this mixture cools down you can use it.

Chewing fresh peppermint leaves will surely relive your toothache. If you cannot find fresh peppermint leaves, you can always use dried ones.
