Professor Sergei Bubnovskij is a well-known Russian expert for kinesiology and he claims that there is a very simple method that will help you strengthen your immune system in no time.

This is his recommendation:

First you need to get some kind of small basin and you need put very cold water, and even ice. Now you need to hold your feet in it for about 10 to 15 seconds. Then wipe your feet with a towel and put on thick woolen socks on your feet.

Repeat this procedure every night before going to sleep. This professor also added that, if you already have a virus, a cold or you suffer from a cough, then you must practice this method more often. Namely in such cases you need to repeat this procedure every four hours.

He also claim that there is no reason to fear for your health condition getting worse due to the ice water. On the contrary, you will only feel better.
