“I have inherited this recipe from my grandmother and I regularly use it during the flu season.” – She said.
The air in the rooms can be disinfected very easily. And while the procedure is a bit unusual, it has proved very effective.
Preparation:
- Take a clove of garlic and gently clean the cloves.
- Put the stalk along with the shell in a fireproof container, burn it, and let it smolder.
The smoke is unpleasant, but it’s very effective in purifying the air, and is great for prevention of colds, as well as the treatment of the throat, nose and lungs.
