Acupressure is an ancient Chinese healing method that doesn’t require medication. It requires technique, knowledge and to know your fingers’ hoku point.
The Hoku point is the place on the hand, located between the thumb and forefinger. It’s an acupressure place associated with relaxation of the upper body, and the pressure of the said place stimulates the nerves.
Acupressure Procedure
- With your index finger and the thumb of your other hand, press hoku point.
- Hold the pressure for 30 seconds or until you feel the relaxation of the finger muscles.
- Repeat the procedure when you’re feeling tens or when you gave a headache caused by stress and fatigue.
