Cellulite is one of the most persistent female “enemy”, and almost every woman in the world has it.

As the good weather is coming we are storing our thick layer clothes in the closet. Therefore the cellulite problem is becoming even greater. But do not worry you still have time to get rid of it or at least make it less visible until the beach season is officially opened.

Along with this lotion, you should exercise and drink lots of water. You’ll also need a good scrub to stimulate circulation and make those unwanted “holes” on your buttocks and thighs less visible. And you can make a very simple version at home.

For this scrub you’ll need just three ingredients – ground coffee, tiny sea salt and coconut oil.

Procedure

In a cup filled with ground coffee, add 6 teaspoons of melted coconut oil and 3 tablespoons of salt and mix the ingredients well.

Application

Before taking a shower, rub the cellulite affected area with a brush, to prepare the skin.

During the shower, apply the scrub in a circular motion. The longer you massage it, the results will be better: the caffeine from the coffee will stimulate circulation and significantly tighten the skin, the grains of salt will go through an intensive peeling and the coconut oil will nourish and soften the skin.

Don’t forget to put on anti-cellulite lotion, every morning before taking a shower.
