This diet aims to breakdown fats fast, and to get rid the body of excess fluids. With this diet you can rapidly lost a lot of weight, and according to the experiences of those who tried it, the pounds continue to melt away and the next three months after the diet. It is very restrictive and rigorous weight loss program and is recommended to consult with your doctor before you try it.
You can start the diet any day of the week, but Sunday is not recommended. The diet lasts 13 days and is quite heavy but proven effective. It is not about the typical diet but rather a way to encourage the body to quickly burn fat and discarding the excess liquid, and therefore the diet continues to work after completing the program of 13 days. If you follow the proper diet you can lose excess body fat and, depending on the initial weight ranged from 14 until whopping 40 pounds.
The diet plan must be followed exactly 13 days and must adhere to the foods and meals as listed. It should not be consumed nothing which is not on the list. If during the diet you drink a beer or glass of wine, chew gum or eat a food that is not listed, you must immediately stop the diet because you will not have any results. After that the diet can be repeated even after 6 months. If you have properly followed the diet, exactly 13 days, you do not need to repeat at least one year, but it is recommended not to repeat in the next two years.
When you feel hungry drink plenty of water (at least 2 liters a day). Coffee can be replaced with tea. You should use sugar cubes, as indicated. Almost every day you should eat special salad that you can prepare for a few days in advance.
The salad: Cut 2 pounds carrots, 2 pounds white cabbage, 1 red pepper, 1 green pepper, 1 leek. For the sauce: 1 dl oil 1/2 dl cider vinegar, 1/2 teaspoon sugar, 1/2 teaspoon salt.
Mix all the ingredients nicely and pour over the salad. Allow to stand for one hour. Stir occasionally. You can store the salad in a suitable plastic container in refrigerator up to one week. If you prepare the salad for one person than half of the above amount is enough.

Day 1 Breakfast – 1 cup of black coffee with one sugar cube Lunch – 2 hard-boiled eggs, spinach cooked in water, 1 tomato
Dinner – 1 large cutlet (230 gr.), Salad
Day 2 Breakfast – 1 cup of black coffee with one sugar cube Lunch – 1 slice ham, 1 cup yogurt
Dinner – 1 large cutlet, salad
Day 3 Breakfast – 1 cup of black coffee, 1 sugar cube, a piece of toast Lunch – 2 hard-boiled eggs, 1 slice ham, salad
Dinner – cooked celery, one tomato and any fruit
Day 4 Breakfast – 1 cup of black coffee, 1 sugar cube, a piece of toast Lunch – 1 liter of juice, 1 cup yogurt
Dinner – 1 boiled egg, 1 grated carrot, and 25 g. young cheese
Day 5 Breakfast – 1 large grated carrot with lemon Lunch – 1 large piece of boiled fish (about 230 gr.) with lemon butter
Dinner – 1 large cutlet, salad, cooked celery
Day 6 Breakfast – 1 cup of black coffee, 1 sugar cube, a piece of toast Lunch – 2 boiled eggs, a large grated carrot
Dinner – 1/2 chicken on a spit without skin and salad
Day 7 Breakfast – 1 cup of tea without sugar Lunch – nothing
Dinner – 1 grilled lamb chop, fresh fruit
Day 8 Breakfast – 1 cup of black coffee, 1 sugar cube, a piece of toast Lunch – 2 boiled eggs, 1 slice ham, salad
Dinner – cooked celery, one tomato and any fruit
Day 9 Breakfast – 1 cup of black coffee with one sugar cube Lunch – 1 large piece of ham, 1 cup yogurt
Dinner – 1 large cutlet, salad, fruit
Day 10 Breakfast – 1 cup of black coffee, 1 sugar cube, a piece of toast Lunch – 2 boiled eggs, 1 slice ham, salad
Dinner – cooked celery, one tomato and any fruit
Day 11 Breakfast – 1 cup of black coffee, 1 sugar cube, a piece of toast Lunch – 1 liter of juice, 1 cup yogurt
Dinner – 1 boiled egg, 1 grated carrot, and 25 g. young cheese
