Peaches also contain beneficial nutrients such as beta-carotene, protein, fat, fiber, vegetable fat, biotin, calcium, magnesium, sodium, mineral salts, organic acids, selenium, starch, phosphorus and carbohydrates.

Nutritionists recommend a multipurpose use of peaches in food. Nutritionists suggest drinking homemade peach juice with no added sugar. You can also make compote yourself, as well as and jam or something of that sort that you can eat throughout the year.

Peaches have positive effects on the body and can be used for medical purposes. They have a wide range of purposes and have beneficial effects in the treatment of acne, asthma, anemia, diseases of the teeth and oral cavity cancers, heart disease and vascular disease, bronchitis, obesity, loss memory, depression, impotence, anxiety, strengthen immunity, problems with bladder and urinary tract, thyroid, stomach discomfort, bloating, swelling of the legs, a variety of infections, rheumatic diseases.
