Blisters are thickened places on the feet, filled with liquid. They form due to skin pressure and friction. Although blisters usually appear on the feet, they can occur in other parts of the body that are often exposed to friction and pressure (e.g. on the palms).
The most common cause is wearing tight shoes for a long time. Also, blisters may occur when walking barefoot on a hard surface, or when you wear certain shoes without sock.
Blisters can be very uncomfortable and cause pain, if not treated properly. Fortunately, there are natural methods that make it easier to remove them and help the skin recover.
Today, we’ll give you several natural ways to treat blisters.
