Pillows are an ideal place for bacteria, because they absorb sweat, dead skin cells and oils from the body. Your wet hair moisturizes the towel and transfers the moisture to the pillow and then the pillow becomes a nest for bacteria.

It destroys the hair

The hair is easy to damage, but this damage happens more often when the hair is wet.
