Follow the trainer in this video. After only half a minute of these exercises you should feel relief in your knees. If you exercise more often, your pain may disappear completely.

Problems with knee pain are common with younger and older people. The cause of the pain can be the extra pounds, but also less movement for what are now often credited “sedentary” jobs.

If you are not moving a lot of, knee pain is something you are familiar with. The joints should be in motion, and this exercise will help you. All you need is a little determination and the will to move, and then everything will falls into place. The only thing that will go away is the knee pain.
