Cough accompanied by ejection of phlegm, is particularly frequent in the winter months and occurs due to viral and bacterial infections. For effective treatment of cough and mucus or secretions, it’s important to determine the cause and characteristics of the cough, and whether it is acute or chronic, night or day, productive or dry. Cough is often accompanied by phlegm and secretions. Various herbs to treat this problem have been used for centuries.
Prepare 3 dried bay leaves leaf and boil them in a quarter liter of water. Cover them and let them stand for ten minutes. Sweeten the tea with a little honey and add a teaspoon of lemon juice.

Honey And Coffee
