Listen to calm classical music during the meal. This way you will be relaxed, and will chew your food properly.

Make love more often. Not only does this burn calories, it also stimulates your metabolism.

The pomegranate reduces the possibility of accumulating fat, so when you have a chance eat this fruit.

Cook. Cooking burns calories and allows you to control the ingredients you use. However, snacks are off limits while cooking.
