Honey is a natural remedy that with its good features affects human health and helps to treat many diseases and injuries.
Asthma: A mixture of honey
Preparation: chop 1 onion and 2 cloves of garlic, then add 1 tablespoon of thyme and 4 tablespoons of Icelandic moss. Put these ingredients into 400 ml of boiling water. Once they are boiled, leave them to cool and add 200 grams of honey.
Use: It is consumed in a teaspoon several times during the day.
Cough: Consume 1-2 tablespoons honey throughout the day.
Nasal congestion: Inhalation with honey
In 1 liter of water put 100 grams of honey. For inhalation it is recommended to use sage, thyme and fir honey.
Tip: Inhale for 5 minutes through the nose andexhalethrough the mouth; in the next five minutes inhale through the mouth and exhale through the nose.
Rheumatism: Coatings of honey
Place a thick layer of honey at the point where you feel pain and cover with a cotton cloth. Honey helps to soothethe inflammation.
Gucht: Coatings of honey and comfrey
Preparation: In a bowl mix 2 tablespoons of grated comfrey, 1 tablespoon of honey, 2 teaspoons of olive oil and hot water. It should get mushy.
Use: Apply before bedtime to places where you feel pain. Leave it overnight to be able to act and to relieve the pain.
Sore throat: Pineapple with Honey
Preparation: Get a thick slice of pineapple and put it in a water to boil. Then let it cool and add 1 tablespoon of honey.
Use: Keep the liquid in the throat about two minutes, after which you can swallow it. This procedure is repeated several times a day for one week.
