In today’s post I bring you a breakfast to gain muscle massperfect to start the day.

Breakfast is just a shake with foods that you will find in any supermarket and that will serve you in the volume phase to meet your daily caloric needs. To prepare it you will need a banana, 50 grams of oatmeal (bran or flakes), 30 grams of protein powder and 300 milliliters of semi-skimmed milk.

Personally, as I like the milkshake the most, it is cold and with the vanilla-flavored protein, but that will depend on the tastes of each one. Here is a table with the nutritional composition of the shake:

As I was telling you, the flavor of the smoothie is very good and the preparation is very simple since you can find the food in any supermarket and to mix it you only need an electric mixer.

The smoothie can be taken for breakfast as well as at any other time of the day. Also, as liquids cause less satiety than solid foods, having one or several shakes like this throughout the day can be the salvation for those who have a hard time gaining weight.
