Vegetarian quiche with Broccoli

Quiche with broccoli


4 eggs

1 clove broccoli

300 g mushrooms

150g grated cheese

2-3 young onions

Salt, pepper

Round pan lined with baking paper



Cut the broccoli in smaller pieces

Boil it for 5 minutes

Remove and drain

Cut youth shallots and mushrooms

Fry them in a little oil, about 5 minutes, and season them with a little salt and pepper.

Let it to cool.

In large bowl beat the eggs and add the remaining ingredients.

Put it in round pan lined with paper and bake in preheated oven at 175 degrees for half an hour.

Serve with sherry tomato and arugula salad.
