You can buy castor oil packs in the store, but it is more cost effective to make them at home. This is simply an investment in your health. To make them, you will need to take three layers of cotton cloth that is large enough to cover the affected area, castor oil, plastic foil, a bottle of hot water, an old towel, and sealed container.
Soak the cloth in castor oil. Put the cloth on the affected area. Then cover it with plastic foil and let the castor oil be absorbed by the skin.
After removing the wrap, clean the surface of the skin with a diluted solution of baking soda and water, a teaspoon of baking soda to half a liter of water. These castor oil wraps can be reused up to 30 times a day.
